Learning Objectives:

This course will help to identify the families in your community, assess your competitors, and identify solutions to generate leads. During this training participants will:

  1. Identify the benefits of a child care program and how to communicate them to families.
  2. Research the target audience to meet their needs and expectations.
  3. Compare the rates and services of a competitor to the rates and services offered in their child care program.
  4. Identify the different methods to fill slots in a child care program.
  5. Recognize issues that will occur making it harder to fill slots and how handle it.

  • Writing Paper
  • A pen or pencil

  • Access to a Laptop or Desktop
  • Internet connection. High speed broadband access (LAN, Cable or DSL) is highly recommended for the optimal learning experience.
  • A graphical browser is required, such as, Chrome, Firefox, etc.
  • An E-mail account that is accessible.
